Phattana Kuch


Phattana Kuch is the Executive Director of SKO to implement the strategic goals and objectives of the organization, to give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the organization’s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives. Phattana gained Bachelor of Program of Business Administration in the field of Management Sciences Institute (MSI), Master of Rural Development and Project Management Build Bright University. She is experienced Habitat Living Condition and Family Support Seminar in Dakar, Senegal March 2019, and Antananarivo, Madagascar 25-30 November, 2019, End Violence against Women’s 2019. Global Grantee Convention Sarajevo, Bosnia on 3-11 November 2019, Family House Project proposal development in Paris, France on 11-15 Feb 2019, Project Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation for evidence based to EVAW/G, Result resource Frame work, develop project's goal, outcome, output, Activities, and Financial guideline -5 days in New York in March 2017, Family Development Approach in Bokina, Affrica in November 2013.

Chheun Chanthy

Economic Empowerment Officer

Chhoeun Chanthy  is Economic Empowerment Officer gained Bachelor degree of English literacy and association degree of agronomy.  I have experience for working integrated community development in remote area and urban poor community for more than twenty years. I also work as  training of trainer with various trainings and mostly work for livelihood and education, supporting livelihood enhancement for economic development (LEED).

Sorn Pisey

Sorn Pisey is social worker gained Bachelor degree of English Literature at AEU (2 years) She is experienced family development program and child prevention in urban poor community, family empowerment and support more than 2 years, and community development 5 years in rural area.


Sok Panhary

Finance and Adminiistration officer

Ms. Sok Panhary is Finance and Admin Officer at SamatapheapKhnom Organization gained Bachelor’s degree in the field of Accounting in the year 2006 from National University of Management(NUM). She had 10years experienced worked about in finance work. She works in different roles in respect to different assignments such as creating chart account, budget development, develop dashboard of budget verse actual (BVA) and more. Preparing the monthly, quarterly or semi-annual reports as required from donors such The Global Fund, Big Lottery Fund, USAID,ADB, CAMPASS, London School at UK, World Diabetes Foundation(WDF). she always ensure quality budget preparation, financial reports submission to donor in a timely manner to fulfill financial monitoring and reporting obligations; develop a detail knowledge and understanding of the project activity budget lines and how these relate each other as well as the activities; check monthly accounts records, ensuring proper coding and the accuracy of computation and completeness of documents; check specific details of financial records for the settlement of advance payments, following up of advances, and data inputting into accounting software.

Neang Sam Ol

Social worker

Mr. Neang Sam Ol gained a Bachelor degree of Psychology from Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2009, Association Degree of English Literature from Cambodian University for Specialist in 2014 and Bachelor Degree of Accounting from Vanda Institute in 2018. Mr. Neang Sam Ol have several experiences as Worked at Krousar Yoeung Organization (Kry) position as a Social Worker responsible to provided community development for Poor Families Economic Development Planning, Worked at World Hope International (WHI) position as a Social Worker responsible to help minor girl clients who are victim by rape and trafficking, Worked at Precious Women (PW) position as a Butterfly Program Coordinator responsible to coordinate and lead of Butterfly program for Vocational training & General education. He is currently worked as a Gender/Community Facilitator for Samatapheap Khnom Organization (SKO) by responsible to mobilize and train community members about Gender Action Learning Systems (GALS) relate to family financial management.
